Shipping is an additional $7 and is available for delivery anywhere in the United States.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Airwaystents that meet their needs. Due to the nature of our products, however, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order, as returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Change of Mind: As our stents are worn inside the nose, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.

  2. Product Choice: Everyone’s nasal structure is unique, which can make selecting the appropriate stent challenging. While our customer service team can provide guidelines to assist you in choosing the appropriate size, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to select the correct stent.

  3. Product Usage: Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.

  4. Product Damage: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents are not eligible for return or exchange.
